My tribute to Pokemon back in the day... When Misty was still around and the First Movie just came out... Before PKMN Silver and Gold and Ruby and Pearl and all that... I know I'm not the only one who was introduced to anime via the PKMN series, and I'm certainly not the only one who started drawing anime/manga after it came out.
So here's to an anime series that may be meant for 5-year-olds and doesn't appeal to my age group anymore, but still has a place in each all-growed-up fan's heart.
Aww.
Though I have to interject, I had problem after problem with this piece. It was mostly due to Ez being completely typical, trying out a million new tricks all in one artwork. I used a lot of soft brushes (which I hate) and added a lot of shines. I also drew in a style I never knew I could. And although the characters look really young, I dunno... a kid of 10 years is still a baby if you ask me. So I apologise to any and all purists, Pokemon or otherwise! I fooled around a lot and I'm pretty sure I broke a few sacred art rules. GOMEN!!
Ah, well, I learnt a lot! And sorry for the long read!!
What really annoyed me was that they never hinted anything lovey-dovey in the SHOW but the movies were full of sentimental scenes and the soundtracks were full of love songs!!
absolutly adorable even though you hate the brushes, i really like how you colored this eveything about it is amazing (ha, smiley faces everywhere x3) Pokemon forever <3

And you are welcome.
